Set up standard operation procedure /QA standard and lead the implementation. Lead new product/process introduction and transfer from other plant. Provide technical guidance of maintenance to all production equipments and common facilities for better utilization and timely troubleshooting Track, analyze and provide corrective actions for external and internal quality failures. Drive the continuous improvement projects and implement "Best Practices" into processes and procedures. Monitor and improve customer s" satisfaction. Provide on site support to the end customers if required. Coordinate with all suppliers for any quality and technical issues. Carry out supplier audit per schedule.
