We are currently seeking a Senior UI SW Designer to work in a senior engineering role within a product / technology program in the areas of analysis, design, implementation, validation and test of SW components. The successful candidate is a respected expert who has long term experience from previous product or technology programs. He/she will work in a SW team supervised by a team leader. Responsibilities: He/she has the senior responsibility for specifying, planning, reporting, designing and reviewing in his/her project field. T his is an extensive area, so the candidate will often be delegating assignments to external consultants in order to solve the various tasks in a timely manner. The candidateUses deep expertise in own work. Adds a high contribution to project milestones by solving/avoiding most complex problems through understanding of dependencies in a complex platform. Coaches other team members in solving engineering problems. Brings productivity, quality and competitive advantage to the current program by solving component/product level complex problems. Requirements As candidate for this position you have 8-12 years of relevant experience with embedded SW development from the mobile and wireless industry. You have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering. More specifically you should: Be able to work independently with little supervision Be able to do a critical analysis of a situation or data by reviewing all relevant factors. Be a good team worker with strong analytical and problem solving skills. Have work experience with engineering teams located in multiple sites. Be able to work in a structured manner Have a clear sense of quality Be self motivated, achievement oriented and flexible Have above average communication and networking skills. A good command of written and spoken English is a must Requirements SW developer experience Process-oriented with regards to daily work and discussion Technology understanding C-language UI knowledge, including an understanding of end-user behaviour and UI specifications Embedded programming techniques Development tools and debug facilities SW process understanding Requirement Engineering Analysis Design Implementation Test Review technique Estimation and planning skills, progress reporting Previous knowledge about Nokias SW platforms will be a plus 联系方式： .
