Primary Job Responsibilities&Tasks: Manages project deliverables through product development cycle in close coordination with our co-development partners. This includes all hardware aspects as well and software aspects in cooperationwith the Software Project Leader. Manages multiple projects according to project plan, processes, requirements, specifications, andobjectives. Drives project preparation (scheduling, organization, risk management, milestone presentation etc.). Performs technical reviews of co-development partner’s deliverables Helps define product specifications and facilitates/works with vendors, sub-project managers, programmanagement, and CDMA R organization to solve problems. Has depth of expertise in more than one area. Applies knowledge/skills to a range of activities; acts as asource of technical expertise to others in own area. Proactively acts to understand client needs and offer assistance even when not asked. Interprets internal/external business issues and recommended best practice in own discipline; makeschanges to own and others work to meet these. Freedom to act Finds the underlying issue and patterns in complex situations; takes a new perspective on existingsolutions to complex problems. Manages own time to meet agreed targets; develops plans for projects inown area over the medium term, including forecasting/organizing all resource requirements Leadership skills include: negotiation, excellent follow up, and a motivating factor for the team. Responsible for project planning, requirement, error and risk management, testing and final verification, as well as milestone review and approval for all HW-related tasks Provide project guidance and direction to co-development partner’s HW team through authoritative decision-making, integration and testing reviews as well as timely performance feedback Provide longer-term technical direction by coaching and mentoring the co-development partner’s HWteam Other Relevant Information: International (APAC region) and domestic travel will be required Requirements University degree (Science/ Technology) or corresponding experience. Typically: BS/MS or equivalent. Experienced, fully competent in own technical area and has a broad technical knowledge base. Acts as a key contributor in a more complex environment and is able to drive multiple activities in parallel. Coordinates the activities of others. Typically 8+ year’s relevant experience. Competent in project management. Knowledgeable about preparation for mass production, and market launch. Proven interpersonal and communication skills. Working knowledge of product development. Communicates widely with local, virtual, and global cross functional groups; also communicates with CDMA BU and Regional management contacts and also with external partners of Nokia. 联系方式： .
