Assists in the development of new or revised computer programs. Coding usually entails maintenance and/or simple modifications. May test and debug programs and update documentation. Goals and objectives are assigned by an immediate supervisor. Work performed depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction. Deals with routine to moderately complex problems or issues. Typically requires 2+ years experience and a Bachelor"s degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in one computer language is preferred. Computer Sciense Master/Batchlor Degree. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Telecommunication, Computer Science/Information Technology degree or equivalent. 2-3 work experience in developing software using C/C++/J2SE/J2EE/Eclipse/, Candidates with Java programmer/developer certification is an added advantage. Good experience on Linux and Unix System is an advantage. Understanding of Object Oriented Programming and concepts,web programming experience preferred (SOA, XML, etc) Japanese or Korean speaking is an advantage. 1-2 years experience in IP (VOIP, IP PBX, IP Video conferencing, IP Telephony, IP contact center, IP phone functioning) preferred Must be able to function well as a team member in a project and sourcing for technical solution independently Expected to perform well under tight project deadlines Have strong sense of responsibility in meeting a project"s target milestone Flexibility working with Global team around the world with different time zones.
