职位描述(Job Descriptions): Job Responsibilities: 1. Organize hotel and travel reservations, and provide support for meetings and events. 2. Manage company filing and chop. 3. Manage and order stationery and office supplies. 4. Be responsible for maintenance of office equipments including fax machine, copy machine, drink machine, air conditioning and etc. Set up maintenance filing of office machines and take a maintenance record in time. 5. According to the finance policy, assist finance dept. to make an inventory of fixed assets and register, Make the united purchasing budget and plan for office furniture and office machinery. 6. In charge of company bulletin, check memorandums and notices from all departments. 7. Maintain and update the company policies. 8. Cellphone record and expense control. 9. Office lease and expense control. 10. Undertake project work as required. 职位要求(Job Requirements): Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above, major in International trade or the relevant. - 0-1 year administrative working experience is required. - Excellent communication skill and organization capability. - Teamwork spirit and self-initiative. - Fluent both in written and oral English. - Good command of PC skill. .
