Production duties include the supplier qualifications, the establishment of process capability, the production inspection&control, the engineering assessment for non-conforming hardware, and the manufacture support at components level to meet design intent along with the improvement of productivity and cost. Development duties include delivering quality design with cost and schedule by application of GE design practice and tollgate process. The additional duties also include the engineering support for the installed fleet. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: BS in Mechanical, Aerospace or Aeronautical Engineering. Demonstrated the fundamental mechanical design principles.
