职位描述(Job Descriptions) Responsilities: 1.The role of CDMA HW system architect is to monitor the design of base band and/or RF circuits of CDMA mobile phones with new/existing mobile phone platforms according to the product specification and to take responsibility of CDMA platform research and design review of mobile phone product. 2.He/She focus on CDMA platform project development as well as review of related base band and/or RF design in all of the involved product projects to ensure the hardware design quality of those projects. 3.Evaluation of new base band or RF chipsets. 4.Verification of base band or RF circuits. 5.Trouble-shooting for prototype phones. 6.Contact window between chipset vendors and Flextronics BJ for technical issues 7.Hardware design (BB or RF) review for all of the related projects. 8.Track technology trend in related fields. 9.Give full technical support to sourcing or quality department when a new supplier to be developed. 10.Development of process to qualify new component. 11.Participation in the pre-study of new base band or RF chipsets. Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering/or related with more than 7 years, MS/Ph.D degree with more than 5 years working experiences in mobile phone development. 2.Solid knowledge and experience on digital and mixed signal electronic circuit or RF circuit design. 3.Hands-on experience on CDMA mobile hardware baseband and/or RF design is mandatory. 4.Good knowledge of CDMA technology, knowledge of WCDMA and GSM/GPRS/EGSM is preferred. 5.Good communication skills and presentation skills. 6.Strong leadership skills. 7.Fluent in both written and oral English. 8.Good team player.
