Understand Channels, collect and analyze information. 2. Annual channel strategy plan development and implementation 3. Manage current sales channels and oversee all projects in different channels 4. Explore new acquisition channel according to business requirement; 5. Cooperate with related functions to expand the market; 6. Optimize the sales organization along with the sales development according to different channels 7. Maintain the relationship with the channel clients; You have: 1. Bachelors Degree in business management or related field. 2. 5 years working experience in channel management, marketing or sales . 3. Familiar with all kinds of sales channels in FMCG area. 4. Very good logical and negotiation skills; 5. Mature, optimistic, accountable, willing to work under pressure; 6. Fluent English both in spoken and written. 7.
