ְλÀà±ð£º Éú²ú/¼Ó¹¤/ÖÆÔì ½ðÈÚ/ÒøÐÐ/±£ÏÕ/֤ȯ/Ͷ×Ê ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ÉϺ£ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-04-09 ¹¤×÷¾­Ñ飺 5-10Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾­Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º 1ÈË Ö°Î»ÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º GE BUSINESS NAME : GE Healthcare FUNCTIONAL WORK AREA : Manufacturing ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES: Full ownership of monthly supply chain financials including Balance Sheet valuation, detailed P VOP, VLY walk VCP, BCP, Liquidations, conversions, etc. Lead in S1 and SII process and consolidate all the financials, be responsible for detailed financial model as well as high level management presentation Manage quarterly forecast process (QMI) to ensure accurate prediction of financial results. Capex / projects: Critically assess plant capex proposals for profitability and risk. Control plant Capex management, etc to ensure rigorous financial controlling. Strong support to controllership (accounting) team both pre-closing and post closing for monthly financial reports. Ensure data accuracy in financial system, such as SAP, Oracle and COFE. Provide support to site director and functional managers / Cost management in plant: lead programs for cost-out, monitor overhead&labour cost spend, assess operational performance. Identify improvement opportunities and drive execution of programs where relevant. Support Plant Director with presentations re plant operational performance / productivity. Point of contact for HQ FP for finance queries relating to the plant and its operation. Supervisory role for one FP analyst QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor"s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and minimum of 5 years of financial work experience; Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change; Clear thinking / problem solving: successfully led cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas; Excellent communication skills: experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions; able to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing; Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, SAP, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros) Fluency in English Experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows Experience in a matrixed environment ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
