职位描述(Job Descriptions): Position Specification: Be responsible for HR/Payroll upgrade project implementation, and ensure project completion on schedule with high quality. Support Hr/payroll system and Work Flow system operation and Ensure system run smoothly Basic Accountabilities: 1.Manage Hr/Payroll system related projects implementation following Otis China IT plan. 2.Support and maintain Hr/Payroll system and Work Flow system according to UTC and Otis China Policies and Procedures. 3.Support the management level of Finance and HR through good communication and close work. 4.Coordinate with CSC, Strategy and user to solve the outstanding issue. 5.Issues tracking and management 6.User Access Rights Review quarterly; 7.Organize DRP test on HR/Payroll system yearly following Otis China IT Disaster Recovery Plan. 8.Organize end user training 9.Assist SARBOX test 10.Review and approve application security request. 11.Perform other duties as assigned and requested. Key Measurements: 1.Ensure smooth running of Hr/Payroll system and Work Flow system 2.Complete HR system related project on schedule based on Otis China IT Plan. 3.Ensure users’ issues solved in time. 4.Support HR management to achieve their work objective. Principle Working Relations: Finance department, HR department. 职位要求(Job Requirements): Qualification Requirement: ·Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in Information Technology, Computer Application or related major; ·Experience: At least 3 years’ work experience of HR system implementation and maintenance. ·Language: Good spoken and written English; CET-6 ·Computer Skills: Excellent technical knowledge on network and database. Familiar with Oracle, VB, etc… ·Other Key Competencies: Good leadership and project management skills, creative and open mind, work hard and energetic, good teamwork. Good interpersonal and communication skills. .
