职位描述(Job Descriptions): Location in Beijing or Shanghai. Position Specification: To support OCL in meeting its stated business objectives by assisting Audit Manager to understand, communicate, and monitor business risk, and assess and recommend cost-effective improvements in business control modeling. Basic Accountabilities: ·Independently or lead a team to conduct operation assessment and audit engagement, in multiple disciplines across the business ·Responsible and accountable for fieldwork, including administration and quality of audit works ·Take part in audit planning and special projects under the direction of Audit Senior Manager/Manager ·Prepare draft assessment or audit report for Audit Manager’s review ·Promote understanding of business risk, risk management and ownership for task, processes and projects within the group ·Assist Audit Manager to train and develop other members in OpAA Key Measurements: ·Issuance of reports within a pre-set time frame for each individual assessment/review/audit engagement ·Complete engagement with planned timetable with key risk areas covered ·Timely reporting and discussion of issues with Audit Managers ·All audit findings are supported with valid evidence (not dropped for lack of audit evidence) Principle Working Relations: On project basis 职位要求(Job Requirements): Qualification Requirement: ·Education: University degree. Preferably major in finance or Information System related subjects ·Experience: Over 3 years relevant experience in sizable multinational company ·Language: Proficiency in both English and Chinese ·Computer Skills: Be familiar with Microsoft Office ·Qualified as or studying CIA or CISA is preferred Other Key Competencies: Dynamic and motivated individual with strong analytical and communication skills, integrity, discipline, persistent in getting things done, teamwork, responsibility and awareness of service are also key points. .
