Continuously improve on the work procedures to ensure the optimal finance activities performance being delivered in the most efficient and effective manners. Lead finance dept continuous improvement Lead Finance and Accounting Dept project Working place:Shanghai 、 Beijing 、 Guangzhou Main Tasks: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of balance sheet and statutory PL Coordinate audits,both internal and external. Proactively lead the team to look for improvement opportunities in work procedures,and better policies,to achieve higher level of productivity in the work Work proactively with other teams across functions in NNCP,and IO/Corp finance teams. Lead and participate in NNCP,IO/Corp projects. Assist finance manager to lead the Finance team to provide value-add and timely services to internal and external customers. Main Customers: CRO management; IO Finance and HQ Finance; All departments; External customers,including auditors,banks,consultants,tax offices etc. Education and Experience Requirements of the Position: Bachelor degree of Financial Accounting, from top Chinese Universities.
