Prepares DFU draft based on source input from the Development and CMM and works in close cooperation with project teams for the latest software, electrical and mechanical details. Ensures DFU fulfilling accuracy of product operation, description of features and functions as per product technical specifications Ensures the DFU is written in user-friendly and neutral English, as the English text acts as the source document for target language translation as per DFU stroke version. Proof reads DFU related documents, files, etc. before publishing Corresponds with DFU suppliers: printers, translators / translation companies. Drive for DFU quality improvement and cost saving in DFU creation, e.g. using the new AuthorIT tool to generate DFU To train and develop Junior staffs in the DFU team to achieve high level of competence. Be responsible for DFU related WOW deployment to the assigned ODM/OEM account, and take a lead in execution. >>As a translation coordinator Arrange translation for the whole team. Manage the translation providers and ensure translation completed in a timely manner, work with the providers to validate the correctness of translated languages/files, in some cases, need to contact region for validation Quotation checking and invoice verifying for all translation cases, generate monthly summary.
