Execute supplier quality management based on RFMD China supplier quality management requirements. 2. Drive&implement RFMD China Supplier Quality Management process and related system to be comply with ISO9000 and corporate QMS requirements. 3. Drive&Implement RFMD China potential supplier selection, qualification, approval and supplier level setting on production MTL cooperate with MRB, including maintain RFMD China Spec and industrial standard of production MTL, deliver RFMD China’s Spec and quality specific requirement to supplier, review&approve supplier"s Quality certificate and Spec. 4. Drive&implement that supplier have a philosophy of total quality commitment, start with top leadership and is driven thru all levels and aspects of their operations, period evaluate supplier"s QMS to comply to RFMD China"s QMS’s requirements. 5. Drive to maintain supplier quality performance, set smart goal and achieve RFMD China"s requirements, support MRB to do supplier performance periodic review and evaluation. 6. Drive and handle supplier quality issues process including SCAR, DMR issue, CA&PA review. 7. Drive and handle supplier change management which kind of change will impact to RFMD China"s quality and other performance. 8. Drive and implement all continuous improvement effort, activities and initiatives related to supplier process scope to make supplier’s process meet RFMD China supplier chain"s requirements. 9. Provide technical support to supplier to help them to achieve process optimization and cost reduction to achieve RFMD China"s improvement requirement. 10. Maintains&Executes supplier QMS assessment database and self-survey&on site audit schedule. 11. Supplier quality meet RFMD China"s requirements on supplier DPM reduction. 12. To implement other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary project in own department 13. Understand and abide by the contents of ISO9000 and ISO14001, and also put forward amendment scheme in own working field. Requirement: 1. Bachelor Degree 2. QC functional and in depth QMS Experience, MTL knowledge in Assembly and Test.Min 3 years in mix of Quality, Production and Product engineering Experience. 3. Be fluent in good communication, including listening, speaking, reading and writing. Well versed in English and passed CET4. 4.
