Technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations in China ; 4. Good analytical and problem solving skills; 5. Effective presentation skills; 6. Ability to work under pressure with strict time constraints. 7. Computer proficiency, Sun System is plus. 8. Demonstrates good managerial, communications skills, both oral and written. 9. Maturity 10.
