Office Develop and implement sales plans and budgets Develop and implement marketing plans and budgets Exercise functional responsibility for sales activities as assigned Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Company’s products, policies and goals Prepare periodic reports related to sales activity, new accounts development and customer services Maintain contact with customers at the customers facility at periodically basis or as required Assist in accounts receivable as required and requested by Accounting Closely monitor status of outstanding quotations and develop/implement strategy for closing the order Ensure timely follow-up on all leads that are generated Travel as needed, approximately 50 80% Other duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in sales, application sales or engineering of a highly technical product with a manufacturing company. Strong numerical, analytical and basic math skills, and solid mechanical and technical aptitude. Over-achiever type individual seeking a long-term opportunity with a well-managed company and willing to do whatever is asked to help us achieve our goals is a plus. University degree in Engineering or Marketing required. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings. Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including proficiency in English) are also necessary. Exposure to basic metals manufacturing processes such as melting, casting, extruding, stamping and tool&die making is also a plus. Must be PC savvy and proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer.
