职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 化工 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-08 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Job Responsibilities: Effectively lead the team member to provide engineering support to system performance improvement, reliability improvement, cost reduction project for Trane US based chiller products manufacturing factories Oversee and coordinate the factory support projects from Define, measure, analyze, Design, Optimize to verify by project schedule&resource plan and regular cross functional team reviews. Coordinate effectively with Trane US factories, sourcing team, structure designers and local suppliers for continues project progress and products life-cycle improvements. Job Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor(4-5 years experience) or Master(3-4 years experience) in engineering discipline: Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Fluid Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing or HVAC related Engineering field; Minimum 1 years" of engineering project management experience; Demonstrable technical competency and planning, leading, communication and coordination skill in cross-function project; Fluent English speaking and writing is a must; Familiar with ISO Quality or Six Sigma system is a preferred; Working experience in multi-national manufacturing company is preferred;Provide engineering support to cost reduction, reliability improvement, local sourcing, Jig&fixture design projects from Trane US based chiller products manufacturing factories Lead the factory support projects from Define, measure, analyze, Design, Optimize to verify by project schedule&resource plan and regular cross functional team reviews.
