To execute savings in operating costs in the ongoing management of the premises. To apply a comprehensive approach to managing utilities consumption. To provide training, management and guidance to directly employed staff in accordance with Cushman and Wakefield Human Resource guidelines. To establish and maintain good relations and effective communications with the customers and team members. To assist the Facility Manager in ensuring that all project activities comply with company and Nokia policies and ethics To assist the Facility Manager in the development and delivery of best practice initiatives and leading the team members in the development and execution of continuous improvement programs. To comply with all company and client¡¯s policies, procedures and standards including EHS requirements. To ensure there are no any facilities interruption to impact production side, unless those disruption caused by municipal authority. Requirement At least 3 years experience in similar position Should be familiar with facilities operation and maintenance, for example: electrical system, HVAC system, CDA system, Fire system, plumbing, BMS etc. Excellent English (both written&spoken) Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese beneficial Good analytical and written skills Strong computer skills i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel, AutoCAD, project etc. Well organized and detail orientated ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
