Key job expectations include: 1. Work closely with Pacific marketing manager and China market development team to ensure the business strategies and marketing plans are effectively implemented in the responsible territory 2. Manage existing customers and distributors in eastern China area. 3. Develop the new customers and identify new distributors in eastern China . 4. Understand market growth potential, growth trend and market competition. 5. Keep good communication internally with supervisor and peers&externally with distributors and customers Key Goals: 1. Manage existing customers and distributors in eastern China area To achieve the sales target in both revenue and volume To ensure the high customer satisfaction by collaborating with the different functions within company; To enhance the effective customer relationship by providing the quality service and win-win solutions; To well understand the market dynamics and implement marketing plan as needed; 2. Develop new business/ identify new potential customers and distributors To achieve the sales development targets agreed with the marketing manager and sales manager; 3. Understand market growth potential, growth trend and market competition. 4. To achieve zero MVA record and the other safety goals. Job requirements: l University graduate with Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, material science or Business is required. MBA degree is a good plus 本科学历及以上，化学、材料科学或商业相关专业。 MBA 尤佳 l Candidates with 3~5 years working experience, especially in construction material (specifically dry mixed mortar/plaster market) with technical background preferred 在化学建材行业有三年以上工作经验，有甲基纤维素、乳胶粉产品经验的人尤佳。 l A good track record to demonstrate his/her past experience in manage distributor and end user customers is needed. 有很好的管理分销商和终端客户的经验。 l A strong business sense and proven ability to work within a team to solve problems, positive working attitude in front of obstacle.
