Responsibility also includes the development and implementation of a variety of projects in the following fields: logistics, ERP reporting, forecasting, plant scheduling. The position is based in Shanghai , China . Travel is approximately 30% 40% (most travel would be to Chongqing or the USA ). Principal Responsibilities Manage the activities of the local Sales Administration and logistics staff at the Shanghai Trading Company. Responsible for the planning, forecasting and scheduling function. Manage the activities of local IT staff for related project activities. Work with functional heads in various disciplines to help them cope with a fast expanding business model and to develop business tools for them Lead multiple cross-functional teams to identify information and process needs in the various disciplines (Logistics, ERP reporting, Forecasting and Plant Scheduling). These teams should devise solutions which could be a new report, a new system or a new procedure. Coordinate project support from IT resources in the US . Create new processes or modify old processes as needed. Document solutions and processes created or refined. Train and mentor functional heads and their staff on these solutions/systems/processes. Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements Comprehensive understanding of SAP. Extensive experience in forecasting and statistical modeling of SAP sales data. Strong background in logistics and up-to-date knowledge of logistics trends. Good basic understanding of accounting and accounting principles. Knowledge of B product lines. Strong ability to work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with people of diverse cultures in Asian countries; understanding of cultural differences in business relationships. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor degree in business or technical field; MBA desirable. Minimum of 5 years durable goods lead sales experience working and living in Asia . 联系方式： .
