职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工程机械 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-04-07 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Position Title : Development Engineer Reports To : Sr. Dir., Chassis and Suspension Module Engineering , China Location : Shanghai > Xin Zhuang , China Business Unit : Light Vehicle Systems Function: Engineering Overview: The Development Engineer is responsible for executing the plans and development of products, test equipment, and facilities. This person must have a passion for to succeed in all that they do, including keeping project on time, budget and that met the expected performance levels. This position requires a general understanding of vehicle dynamics and the development process in general. This engineer should have a wide range of experience in product design as well as development and equipment design, capable in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment. Principle Accountabilities: Execute the development of test equipment, products and facilities. Working experience in the area of vehicle dynamics is useful along with the ability to tune and develop chassis components. Manage the acquisition, installation and validation of test equipment and fixtures for chassis testing using CAD data and schematics. Ability to install data acquisition and analysis systems The ability to think creatively to solve problems based on credible supporting data. Machinery and fixture design and development. Knowledge of transducers, electronics, and computer software. Able to perform tests and analyze test data using LabVIEW. Liaison with the Product Engineering team. Ability to instrument and run lab and in-vehicle test systems and equipment, with an understanding of the use and proper application. A background in ride control or other dynamic chassis components is an advantage. System design and development experience. Strain gage mounting and transducer design and development experience. Ability to use software including CarSim and other custom applications. Ability to install and validate data analysis routines for commercial and proprietary lab equipment and testing systems. Demonstrates Integrity Education/Experience: Bachelor of science degree in Engineering 3-5 Years experience as a development engineer. 1-3 Years experience as a design engineer. Experience specifying, acquiring and installing large test equipment Understanding of NVH measurements and development is desirable. Chassis component development experience is desirable.
