Market intelligence: Lead the market intelligence team to deliver quarterly market analysis report for each country 2. Strategic planning: Work with Finance department to initiate the yearly budget cycle and initiate the business target for each country 3. Business Targets management: define the long-term and short team business targets for each country. 4. Long term strategy planning: 5. Strategy communication: help the group president to prepare and communicate consumer business segment"s business strategy within and outside of the company 6. Other strategy issues management: work with outside consulting firm for various strategy projects Requirements: 1. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the following fields: Corporate strategy, strategy consulting, management consulting, marketing or sales management in IT industry. 2. Overseas working experience is a plus 3. Management experience is preferred. 4. Bachelor degree from well-known universities or above. MBA is preferred 5.
