| 职位描述 |
-Have 2-3 years team management experience with a middle size consulting team and project management;-Demonstrate an understanding of Industry-wide HR/Payroll vision.-Have in-depth knowledge of China’s standard HR/Payroll business processes.-Have knowledge of Oracle Human Resource System and detailed functionality. -Have previous Oracle HR/Payroll implementation experience. Implementation experience based on China legislation is preferred but not required.-Must be an effective communicator and able to organize a team to operate well.-Must reasonable English communication skills in speaking, reading and writing; .
