Responsible for managing the Inventory Control/Quality Assurance dept. It is an operation support team designed to address accuracy of inventory and a broad range of quality issues. 2. To assistant Fulfill Center (FC) Operation General Manager focus on the quality issue. And need communicate with Beijing and Suzhou’s ICQA dept. and working together to deal with CN-quality issue make Corporation ICQA team’s best practice initiatives. 3. Responsible for prioritizing and assigning daily cycle count tasks, Free Replacements report, and quality random audit to all the inspectors and counters. 4. Responsible for managing and conduct the yearly Wall-to-Wall count for FC (warehouse) and adjustment. 5. Lead the weekly random count and report to China-ICQA and Seattle (IRDR and IC-stage). 6. Lead the Adjustment Research and shelf Bin Presentation and Design and other quality relative date analysis and report. 7. Lead whole team working together with buyer and retail dept. at the same time good knowledge with every process in warehouse. 8. Will maintain adequate levels of staffing, equipments, and ensuring compliance of all safety requirements and maintaining proper records of inspections with applicable documentations. 9. Motivate and Train inspection associates. Qualification: 1. 2+ years experience managing and supervising inventory control and quality assurance in manufacturing environment or warehouse and logistic industry. 2. Bachelor"s in Quality/ logistics/ Manufacturing Industrial Engineering discipline or equivalent experience. 3. Strong working knowledge of MS Office with excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Proactive in identifying areas of improvement, Kaizen initiative and good understanding of new knowledge and Fair-minded to data, analysis and statistics. 5. Good spoken and written English skill. 6. Able to work under pressure in a changing environment, and play a good leader role. 7. Willing to learn more new knowledge about new application software console. 8. Knowledge of 6 Sigma and TPS concept will be advantage. 联系方式： .
