The candidate will be part of the quality team responsible for managing the ISO 14001 environmental program and certifications for Cisco sites in APAC and Japan and supporting the overall ISO program. The candidate will work cross-functionally across various Cisco organizations to maintain and improve the ISO 14001 program plans for APAC and Japan certified sites. Additionally, the person will maintain ISO activities at other Cisco sites in support to the ISO certification roadmap and program. The individual will -- Be responsible for coordination for all ISO 14001 related activities to ensure successful implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 program and certifications as per established plan. -- Interpret the ISO Standards with "out-of-box" thinking so that the requirements are implemented while ensuring that they are also Value-Add for the company. -- Establish and maintain APAC and Tokyo ISO 14001 environmental network site and theatre-side to facilitate implementation and improvements of ISO related processes. -- Work cross-functionally across all Cisco organizations in APAC and Japan to create/streamline and implement processes in accordance with best practices. -- Build and improvement relationships with ISO 14001 key partners, such as WPR?GRM, WWRL, Sales and Engineering -- Implement the on-going internal audit schedule and coordinate/implement annual external audit plan for APAC and Japan. -- Train and coach cross-functional groups on ISO 14001 and Business Management Systems and prepare them for internal and external audits. -- Communicate at all levels of management to increase awareness and provide regular updates to Corporate Quality Management, as well as Site Management and key partners. -- Travel between APAC and Japan sites and to Corporate will be required on a frequent basis. Skills Required Successful candidates will have a customer focus and will have the following background: - BS Degree in science or engineering field. - Must have demonstrated experience in developing and deploying process improvements and best practices across organizational functions with a strong focus on results. - Must have at least 4 - 8 years experience in management systems, project management and/or and program management across several geographical sites or business units in fast paced, high technology environment with experience in environmental management system, environmental regulatory and/or compliance management. - Strong presentation, communication, influencing, and teamwork skills. - Demonstrated evidence of excellent leadership skills. - Knowledge of applicable environmental regulatory requirements for Hi-Tech industry, including WEEE, Energy Management, and RoHS initiatives, preferred. - Knowledge of ISO 14001 required, ISO 9001 preferred and TL 9000 knowledge a plus. - RAB certified Environmental Management System Lead Auditor preferred This position requires: - Structured problem solving - ability to take a large, complex problem and break it down into components - Influencing skills - ability to influence business partners and drive processes and change in organizations with minimal issues - Strategy formulation - ability to analyze the requirements, identify the gaps, develop and execute actionable plans to close those gaps - Facilitation - ability to work with several organizations with differing needs and develop an agreed upon solution to meeting the requirements - Partnership/Teamwork - ability to work well with a variety of people and be flexible to take on different roles/responsibilities as projects change Work Location (Any one of the location) : Bangalore, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Sydney 联系方式： alice.wu@zhaopin.com.cn vivian.xia@zhaopin.com.cn .
