Rich experience in new product development or supplier qualification projects preferred. Fluent in English including writing and oral is a must. Experience in global organization and multi-national corporations preferred. Self-starter and fast learner, team player with strong interpersonal skills. Good communication skill. High self energizing others to take the initiative in driving projects with customers, suppliers and company product groups. Good executor to achieve the organizational objectives Background of 6 sigma and NPI process is preferred. Strong PC skills (WEB based applications, MS Office) RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and execute engineering projects in support of product development and sourcing initiatives for Industrial System"s Product, range from Switchgear/Switchboard, Busway, Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Air Circuit Breaker, transformer, ATS, Molded Case Circuit Breakers, Residential Circuit Breakers, Load Centers, Contactors, Push Buttons, etc. Work closely with the technology team around the world for global and Asian project coordination, involve in the projects scoping, financial justification, development of project plans and deliverables, detailed schedules, risk assessment and abatement, supplier identification and assessment, support of contract negotiations, and implementation of processes and metrics to ensure repeatable high quality levels at the supplier. Lead a global cross- functional team to achieve the required deliveries at each tollgate from product concept to final certificate. Need to fully involve in the whole process including design, manufacturing and testing.
