1.Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering2.good at English ,nomatter read,write or communicate3.Good understanding of diesel engine performance, engine test methods, fuel systems, calibrations, electronic tools and worldwide emissions standards4.Be able to manage a small group of engineers on a day to day basis.5.Has excellent presentation skills and written communication skills6.Be self motivated and require minimal supervision .
