Excellence is the minimum standard acceptable. job description C++ SA will own the complete system architect work from initial requirements gathering all the way through to live-to-site and post live optimization. C++ SA will analyze, modeling, realization project tasks with kinds of project needs. C++ SA will lead project with process oriented. Project experience under CMM/CMMI L5 is preferred. C++ SA will take owner for bridge between HP Lab and University Labs The excellent English communication both writing and oral is required. Image Processing knowledge and experience will be a plus. Education Requirements M.S or above Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Experience Requirements 4+ years of C++ system architect design and developement experience. Experienced in1~2 large scale software development of C++ applications. Strong process oriented with CMM/CMMI practice Image processing system experience will be a plus. Skill and Knowledge Requirements Master C/C++. Strong skill and knowledge in CMM/CMMI. Strong software design capability, familiar with OOA&OOP, UML Strong Ability to analyses and willing to innovate. Good at troubleshooting and strong ability for providing solution. Excellent English Communication (oral and written). Familiar with image processing algorithm is a plus. Good communication and good relationship to University Labs.
