Consultants will have opportunists to work on projects with related lines of business and in other Towers Perrin offices. Responsibilities include: Collating and analysing data through market research including in-house and other data sources Preparing letters and reports, client presentations and meetings, and proposals Summarising and forming conclusions based on analysis, and presenting results internally and with clients Actively interacting with senior-level clients in client engagements Developing technical knowledge surrounding executive compensations, pay and performance management Work with clients to understand business and human resources objectives Develop project plans, including specific work steps, individual accountabilities, fees and contractual arrangements Manage team members to complete designed project steps Develop recommendations based on the findings and conclusions The Candidate: Bachelor degree or MBA in a business related discipline Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential Knowledge of Lotus Notes and or SPSS would be a plus Well developed analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Attention to detail, ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines An interest in developing new business opportunities At least 5 years of corporate HR in leading multinational company and/or consulting experience Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both spoken and written is essential ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º ¹¤×÷µØµã £º±±¾©Êг¯ÑôÇø¹â»ªÂ· 1 ºÅ¼ÎÀïÖÐÐÄÄÏÂ¥ 29 ²ã ÉϺ£ÊÐÄϾ©Î÷· 1266 ºÅºã¡¹ã³¡Ò»ÆÚ 2801 ÊÒ ÉîÛÚÊÐÉîÄ϶«Â·ÐÅÐ˹㳡µÛÍõÉÌÒµ´óÏà 1210 £ 1211 ÊÒ ÁªÏµ·½Ê½ £º RecruitChina@Towersperrin.com ÃæÊÔÌáÐÑ Ó¦Æ¸ÐëÖª £º Please send your resume to RecruitChina@Towersperrin.com Please indicate the position you are applying for.
