You will gain the knowledge and skills needed to become an effective compensation consultant. Responsibilities Include : Managing and delivering client projects as well as day to day client relationships. Collecting, collating and analysing data through market research, client interviews, in-house data sources and relevant legal Assist in the understanding of the executive compensation environment related to domestic listed companies Summarising and forming conclusions based on analysis and presenting results internally and/or with clients. Assisting in preparation of letters and reports, client presentations and meetings, and proposals Analysing corporate financial information Requirements and Qualifications: Strong educational background - degree or equivalent. Advanced degree a plus.
