职位类别： 市场/市场拓展/公关 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-04-03 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities: Lead distributors to implement EA DBU (East Asia Distribution Business Unit) growth strategy and transit business model Support distributors to build OEM sales force&AE (application engineer) team, make tools readiness, develop engine power product OEM sales capabilities Conduct market research, identify new business opportunities and target OEM customers, define strategies of product&pricing Monthly update sales leads funnel list, track distributors follow-up and forecast Win common understanding and cooperation agreements from suppliers/partners (e.g. sister BUs/JVs) with their support in engineering, training, marketing, price, supply allocation and streamline ordering process Collect VOC (voice of customer), and also coordinate all commercial matters concerned by distributors (incl. inventory, account receivable…) Facilitate engine power product DAOP (distributor annual operating plan) process and communication, mediate with both distributors and suppliers to get consensus on initiatives and sales/volume targets Responsible for distributor engine power product sales performance management, notify performance issues to channel management, help distributors improve performance and achieve finance targets Requirements: Strong sales background and good industrial knowledge for engine, construction, automotive... 4+ year hands-on experience of OEM sales or new business development Project management skill is preferred Proficient in both oral and written English Excellent presentation skill and computer skill Self-motivated and aggressive doer Able to travel frequently Planned hiring date: ASAP 联系方式： 有意应聘者，请于10日内把中英文简历及学历、身份证复印件寄至如下地址，信封上注明应聘职位： 北京市朝阳区东三环北路霞光里18号佳程广场A座28层 康明斯(中国)投资有限公司 邮编：100027 人力资源部收 Fax: 64620671 Email: East.Asia.HR@Cummins.com Telephone inquiry or personal visit will not be received.
