Ensure the implementation of the government EHS rules and regulations in the whole plant; 2. Analyze plant operation procedures to identify EHS risks and corrective actions; 3. Organize safety awareness programs; 4. Communicate with other BUSC plants on EHS practice and conduct benchmarking exercises. 职责及业绩指标 Ensure the implementation of government EHS rules and regulations 1. Networking with local government EHS agencies and keep well informed of EHS regulations, and new changes; 2. Report to management on new government EHS rules and regulations and the impact to SW BU; 3. Design and propose plant safety rules®ulations 4. Conduct analysis/audit and report on discrepancies 5. Design and conduct EHS reinforcing/policing measures and report results 6. Help management to correct the discrepancies Ensure the execution and completion of contacts with local EHS authorities/government bureaus. 1. Conduct regular meetings with external bodies. 2. Conduct necessary reporting to external bodies. 3. Handle administrative procedures with external bodies. 4. Coordinate external auditing. Report to external bodies: Environmental: 4 times for local government. Every 2 years from BUSC. Safety: whenever necessary. Organize 5S program. 1. Plan and organize 5S training; 2. Conduct 5S audits; 3. Report to the management (quarterly); 4. Conduct monthly safety&5S multifunction team meeting. Organize safety awareness programs; 1. Design and organize safety induction for new employees, visitors to the plant; 2. Organize fire drill and other EHS related exercises 3. Organize safety awareness training programs Analyze plant operation procedures to identify EHS risks and corrective actions; 1. Review EHS measures in all operations (HP, WWD, Cord, Warehouse, Transportation); 2. Review EHS issues in new equipment to SW BU; 3. Analyze and identify possible risk; 4. Identify and specify emergency response measures and actions, e.g. if fire happens in warehouse, what should be done? 5. Communication the possible risks and preventive/response actions. Advises management on preventive and corrective action related with labor accidents (technical advice, managerial advice, behavior aspects). - Examine causes of labor accidents. 1. Make proposal for preventive and corrective actions related with labor accidents. 2. Follow up on implementation of the actions. Performance indicator: Number of Lost Time accidents, severe rate of Lost Time Accidents, Frequency of Accidents. Reports to HR Manager on a monthly basis. Communicate with other BUSC plants on EHS practice and conduct benchmarking exercises. 1. Networking with the safety officers in other BUSC’s plants; 2. Be aware of the practices in other plants; 3.
