职位类别： 市场/市场拓展/公关 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-04-03 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： 职责： 协助部门经理实施市场拓展计划，以达到业务发展目标； 协助部门经理发展新客户，同时维护现有客户关系； 为不同客户准备并做相关演示； 根据需要准备书面报告； 集团客户关系管理； 根据需要，对分公司提供市场及承保支持； 向部门负责人汇报。 要求： 经济/理工或相关专业学士或以上学位； 3年以上商业保险承保经验，包括财产及责任险的销售及市场经验（有渠道销售、银保合作、产寿交叉销售工作经验者优先）； 有较强的市场感知能力，敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力； 良好的专业知识以及独立处理与集团客户的能力； 良好的口头、书面以及当众演示的能力； 独立解决问题的能力； 能够熟练使用常用办公软件； 有良好的英语水平; 年龄30岁以下。 Responsibilities： Assist unit manager to carry out strategic marketing plan and to achieve business development targets; Assist unit manager to develop new client and maintain existing client relationships; Prepare presentations for all levels of clients; Prepare written correspondences, reports and analyses needed; Maintain business relationships with corporate clients; Provide marketing and underwriting support ,as required, to branches; Report to the Head of department.
