Proven expertise in application implementations - including setup of application infrastructure Proven ability to work as a part of remote, multi location global teams Proven project management experience Very strong interpersonal skills - written/verbal communication (in Chinese and English), influencing and co-ordination Proven analytic and problem solving skills Proven ability to work directly with functional clients and suppliers Prior experience with client facing roles DESIRED: Prior experience working with supplier IT organizations Prior experience working with companies based out of China and IT infrastructure providers - like telecom Functional knowledge of manufacturing practices, processes and systems Six Sigma Green Belt certification Prior experience in large scale implementation of MRP/ERP systems PMI certification GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Liming program Overview:GE Infrastructure - Aviation will be supplying aircraft engines to AVIC, a Chinese regional airframe manufacturing company, for the ARJ21 aircraft. Liming, based out of China, will be performing the assembly of GE engines under GE guidance. GE will implement (application infrastructure and software) the standardized manufacturing execution system and other IT systems for engine assembly by Liming. The implementation scope includes identification of Liming specific requirements and designing (hardware and software) the system and required infrastructure (site, network and application).
