1. 3+ years team leadership experience of IT system developing project is required2. Broad knowledge base on common IT infrastructure, solid experience on, at least, one of the following IT technology fields1) Unix or Linux platform architecture design, development and implementation, including HW sizing, OS deployment, performance/security/monitoring2) J2EE platform architecture/development experience, good knowledge&application experience on BEA Weblogic or IBM Websphere3) SAP basis technology on R/3 or ECC/Netweaver, some of SAP CRM knowledge would be a plus4) Common infrastructure shared service systems, like centralized message exchange (IBM MQ/WBI MB), job control (BMC Control-M), authentication/monitoring (IBM Tivoli)3. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, relative discipline is required4. Strong analytical, problem solving, self study, teamwork and technical consultand skills are required5. Effective spoken and written English communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with end-users, peers and management is necessary, and Japanese capability could be a plus6. Be willing for overtime work as needed .
