职位描述(Job Descriptions)： 1. QC department daily work management conduct;主导QC部门日常工作管理； 2. To establish, implement and maintain ISO 9001 quality management system;建立、推行并维持ISO 9001质量管理体系； 3. Management of QC department, provide suitable resources and take actions to ensure QC department runs well, as well as get good performance.管理质量部，负责提供适当的资源及采取适当的措施以确保QC部门的正常运转并取得较好的绩效； 4. Act as management representative, in charge of establish and implement effective ISO9001 system. 负责在公司内建立并推行有效的ISO9001运作体系； 5. Carry out continuous improvement actions in the company.在公司内部推行持续改善。 职位要求(Job Requirements)： 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or material engineering.本科以上学历，机械或材料专业。 2. Minimum 5 years experience in related field and function, out of which 2 years should be a manager of QC/QA department.5年以上相关工作经验，两年以上部门经理经验。 3. Be familiar with ISO quality system, can establish and maintain the quality system himself, have experience to be a MR. 熟悉ISO 9001：2000体系，有独立推行、维持及担当管理代表经验。 4. Proficiency in English and computer.良好的英语及电脑操作能力。 5. With mold and plastic manufacture background is preferred. 模具或注塑背景者优先。 6. Team work, excellent communicator.出色的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神。 .
