Key focus on process improvement, operational excellence, change management leadership, and lean manufacturing techniques. A minimum of 3 projects per year is required. Mentor Green Belts, and other personnel on Six Sigma methodologies and projects. Assist and train team members in the Asia pacific region and support resource. Drive, change and process improvement projects/programs in both the Perlos manufacturing operations in Asia Pacific. Execute multiple site and business wide projects/programs concurrently as required. Develop and coordinate project with respective champions. Assist management team with developing the business case to identify key improvement opportunities that are aligned with business priorities. Maintain open communication with key personnel involved in Operational Excellence work. Reporting and tracking regularly the progress, milestones, savings of projects that are led or mentored. Lead cross functional teams that will gather information to evaluate current work processes and identify improvement strategies. Facilitate employee team meetings to build cohesiveness and improve project team results. Updating of Six Sigma project status together with plant Black Belts Reporting of weekly status of Six Sigma projects in region and esults of projects to regional and SBU / corporate management Create Continuous Improvement Program into Perlos Asia Manufacturing sites Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Manager. 联系方式： mp0620@manpower.com.cn .
