Implement financial strategies as determined by HQ and XXX China 2. Preparation, administration and management of XXX-China annual&monthly accounts. 3. Administration and control of XXX-China bank accounts. 4. Sets departmental goals in line with company goals. 5. Formulates financial and accounting policies consistent with XXX Group and approves all accounting or other operating procedures affecting the financial aspects of the company operations. 6. Prepare the annual budget. 7. Maintain records of all financial transactions including all subsidiaries in Greater China , so classified as to enable a ready and accurate determination of XXX-China assets, liabilities, income, costs and expenses. 8. Receive, deposit, and follow-up on accounts receivable. 9. Supervise maintains of perpetual inventory and reconciliation to physical each month. 10. Prepare financial statements, cost reports, budget reports, contract status reports and other financial and statistical reports for Operation Director and Sr. Management Board. 11. Prepare cash forecasts to determine future financial requirements, exercises control necessary to assure adequate working capital for XXX-China operations. Management 1. Set performance plans and reviews with each direct report. 2. Generate a high level of teamwork between all Departments 3. Provide coaching&feedback to subordinates Leadership 1. Contribute ideas and perspectives for developing a common vision for the company and builds a clear vision/direction for the team which is aligned to the company vision 2. Communicate and explain the company vision and objectives effectively to team members to gain the commitments 3. Respects direct reports, and bring confidence to them in times of stress and difficulty. Position Specifications 1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills 2. Familiar with Tax law, 3. Familiar with the advance finance tool in the global finance market is preferable 4.
