Responsible for design&development of all test hardware, software and preload tools 2. Provide and maintain the test process infrastructure. 3. Deploy the desktop and notebook manufacturing test process to support new products launch as scheduled in worldwide, through leading the worldwide Test Engineer, and cooperating with worldwide development team and manufacturing sites. 4. Provide technical support to worldwide manufacturing sites for box line KPIs improvement. Cultivate an organizational climate which is highly-motivated, challenging, bright and positive thinking, and have a good teamwork internal and with peer organizations. Language capability: Fluent English&Mandarin (preferred) 2. Good technical knowledge about PC, and related job experience. - PC basic hardware specifications - New technology in PC peripherals optical drive, network i/f, wireless, USB, etc. - Understanding Electric/Electronic circuits. - Understanding Software BIOS, OS(DOS/Windows) - Knowledge and experience about programming ASM, C/C++, any other scripting language. 3. Need the capability to understand these abstract and to treat them as a black box. It is preferable to be an expert in most of above areas. 4. Communication skill -- logical, technical discussion with oversea manufacturing sites and related departments. 5. Experience of managing staffs in multiple locations with diversified languages and cultures. 6. Project management&leadership skills / experience : managing several projects/tasks which are diverted to multiple countries, and driving the team for a timely closure. 7.Bright, patient,and can make fair judgement. 联系方式： .
