职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-04-01 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Key Responsiblity: Lead EA IT compliance efforts by identifying, implementing compliance activities and all supporting processes associated with compliance policies and regulations among all entities in China as nesessary. Overall responsibility for development, administration, monitoring, and enforcement of all necessary policies and standards. Perform necessary internal compliance consultancies and audits in coordination with the Internal Audit and EMB Lead the development of appropriate compliance training and programs to ensure IT staff are adequately trained for their roles. Conduct security audits and risk assessments with other groups as necessary to ensure proper compliance within IT to stated policies and procedures. Coordinate and manage the Disaster Recovery program for IT, and lead the participation in corporate business continuity planning activities for the IT function. Qualification: Profound knowledge in IT Operations, especially for Information security or Infrastructure Board knowledge in information technology, e.g. software, client-server architecture, internet technology, process managemeent.etc. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to foster a collaborative and cross-functional team across BUs. Demonstrated leadership and personnel abilities required. Prefer bachelor"s degree in business analysis, management information systems, computer science or related field with courses in business management, computer science, or related courses.
