职位类别: 人力资源 工作地点: 上海 发布日期: 2008-04-01 工作经验: 5-10年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 否 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 1人 职位月薪: 1000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求: Requirement: 1 Employee Relations : Establish rapport, interact regularly with employees to provide them a medium to share their concerns in order to develop a positive work environment 2 Legal Compliance : Advise, analyze, coordinate prevailing legislation, define policy after validation by country HR, in order to ensure image, vitality and continuity of the Organization 3 Labor Relations (if relevant if the country) : Create, sustain and develop a partnership with Unions and Workforce, in order to increase the efficiency 4 Internal Communication : Define, recommend and implement internal communication processes and tools, in order to sustain the Company’s culture and ensure employees’ commitment 5 Compensation&Benefits administration: Implement Comp&Ben policies, in order to ensure fairness and competitiveness. Participate in customization of Comp&Ben with Country HR Director and country team in particular the C Country manager 6 Recruitment : Implement and control recruitment and induction procedures, in order to fulfill the ISO organisation’s competency needs, with full involvement of Country HR Director and country staffing manager 7 People Development : Ensure that people are managed in consistency with the global policies Ensure implementation of all People Development processes of PEDP, People Review and prepare Development plans, succession plans and organize inter/intra unit mobility, in order to motivate employees by defining their development and career path 8 Training and development : Analyze, define, promote, implement and control the training and development policies for the ISO organisation, in order to adapt the competencies to its needs. 9 Organizational Development Advise the Co Management Team about the Organisation and HR issues in order to promote and develop a motivated team 10 HRIS/Reporting Monitor the standard HR indicators as defined by ArevaT Maintain all personnel files and records and update People soft and all headcount reports 11 Payroll Overseeing the data requirements for timely execution of payroll processing and related transactions MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1 Education / Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology or equivalent experience 5 to 10 years of experience in Personnel Management or HR as a generalist Experience in all related HR activities of Employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, payroll and immigration. Good interpersonal skills Experience of working in a global Company, confidently and independently Flexibility to maneuver in a matrix Organization, with direct and dotted line reporting Ability to think strategically and translate thoughts into action 2 Specific knowledge English language and local language of the country and good communication skills Computer operations eg. Microsoft office Knowledge of State / local employment laws 3 Business understanding Financial awareness, General awareness of a business setup/operations 联系方式: .
