Coordinate sourcing teams, make business awards and insure all proper documentation is in compliance with Procurement Business Controls requirements. Responsible for development and execution of commodity strategy Ability to identify, propose, and execute on cost savings opportunities, deliver max savings potential, responsible for tracking and reporting savings; insure savings targets are achieved Accountable for Procurement measurements for commodity including contributions to cash conversion cycles, serviceability, etc. Initiate, participate, and/or coordinate regular meetings including, but not limited to cost reviews, technical roadmap reviews, cross functional strategic supplier interlocks, executive engagements, etc. Conduct quarterly supplier performance reviews and regular supplier financial risk assessments. Initiate, develop and execute with supplier base programs to achieve strategic imitative Position includes responsibility for overall coordination of team activities Responsible for contract negotiations with supplier base Overall responsibility for continuity of supply, tactically and strategically. Requirements: 3-4years experience in Procurement function and understanding of procurement practices Superior negotiation skills at all levels of management using analytical and creative approaches to problem solving/resolution Project management skills, good communication skills both written/verbal (bilingual (English/Chinese) a plus) throughout the levels of organizations. Proficient in preparing and presenting presentations to any level internal or external audiences.
