Tasks Ensure O customer satisfaction and PA operational excellence for all O related activity To carry out daily logistics and operations tasks efficiently, working within PA area®ional&corporate guidelines, policies and procedures. Lead and support Export /Import Document Processing Operations group in Business Unit as related to O activity and ensure high accuracy of data entry, high productivity and Operational Excellence through all O related processes Coordinate inbound/outbound O logistics/transportation activities and processes from origin to delivery to consignee To ensure full receiving/shipping processes are in compliance with SOP(s) and with clients requirements. To ensure that all related processes are carried out in full and complete compliance with all local, national and international laws and regulations. Coordinate timely and safe handling of all equipment/materials while under PA responsibility in compliance with PA and clients HSE requirements. Coordinate and report all information and instructions to all PA internal related operations group(s) and contract vendors as well as any/all PA offices/persons as required and requested. Manage and provide accurate&updated related shipping documents to all parties and or their designates as required. Provide full/partial expediting services as required by client and/or related PA offices. Incident management handle professionally customers¡¯ inquiries, complaints, claims&follow up with full support until resolved. Verify credit terms and credit status, and coordinate with departments concerned on all related issues Ensure that payable and receivable documents are completed accurately processed in most timely manner. Monitor and assure file opening/closing, unbilled and open files. Communicate with Customer Service group about any requirements and/or exceptions found in freight instructions/documents. Advise Customer Service of any irregularities and assist in resolving issues: operational and financial. Correctly and timely respond to received questions or queries from all internal Customers. Monitor proper filing and updating of all departmental records. Monitoring File opening/closing, unbilled and open files. Communicate with Customer Service group about any requirements and/or exceptions found in freight instructions/documents. Monitor proper filing and updating of all departmental records. All other duties as assigned Authority to decide Authority for all day-to-day O operational related activities.
