Professionally gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional system design specifications Work at the highest technical level of most phases of systems analysis while considering the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. Specific functions include but are not limited to: Provide management and leadership for assigned set of related application systems Work with IT support organizations to ensure application technical quality, reliability, maintainability, performance and cost effectiveness. Provide business justification for software upgrades, enhancements, new systems. Work with business leaders as partners in identifying and managing the use of information technology to enhance business activities SKILLS AND EDUCATION: Good Business Process Understanding. Distributed application and database concepts (Oracle programming experience) Enough ERP knowledge Work Flow analysis and process improvement techniques. Information Technology Excellence (knowledge of IT standards, policies and procedures). Team building, Diversity and Global Orientation. Ability to identify business needs and objectives and understand how information technology contributes to business success. Ability to communicate well, both written and verbal, with individuals at all levels of the company, in a technical and non-technical manner. Demonstrated leadership and personnel abilities required. Cross cultural experience with a multinational company is highly desirable.
