Drive the daily work to ensure that each product is customized according to customer requirements and project decisions. Responsibility for analysing, planning, collecting, coordinating and managing the customization requirements as well as reporting and solving issues. Follow the complete customization cycle requirement, plan, implementation, delivery, test and follow up. Drive a requirement through a decision process and ensure that accepted errands are implemented and tested Support, coordinate and communicate with interfaces (e.g. SW customization engineers, SW developers, Market Units and Project Managers) to ensure that the operators’ special features are available according to time plan. Managing and coordinate setup of systems, creation and testing of CDA files. Knowledge about features and what can be supported. Responsible of writing customization specification documents, time plans etc. Responsible for resource and time planning. Define and lead the investigation of the need for SW variants. Specific Knowledge/Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or above; Strong understanding of the Telecom Industry; teamwork&communication skills; Experience of requirement process and customization is a big advantage; Process understanding.
