职位描述(Job Descriptions)： Job Responsibilities: 1.Evaluates customer specifications and determines best fit of existing product which can be modified or designs new filter utilizing simulation tools to meet customer specifications. 2.Coordinate the activities of technicians to optimize selected product design through artwork and material improvements and modifications. 3.Interfaces with process engineering and manufacturing to communicate new product requirements 4.Supports to engineers and technicians in training, problem solving, product characterization, design and development process efficiency improvements and continuous improvement activities 5.Must be able to mentor and coach peers and subordinates in ceramic filter design and development as well as RF technologies to drive continuous improvement. 工作职责： 1.分析客户规格，从现有产品目录中确定最接近的型号进行修改，或利用仿真工具重新设计新产品，以满足客户的要求。 2.指导优化技术员通过对面电路和材料的改进来优化产品设计。 3.与工艺工程师和生产部针对新品的设计要求进行沟通和指导。 4.在培训，解决问题，产品优化，完善设计和工艺改进等方面为工程师和技术员提供支持。 5.在滤波器设计和射频技术领域为同事和下属提供培训和帮助，以不断进步。 职位要求(Job Requirements)： Requirements: 1. .Bachelor of EE or above with 5 years experience in RF component design. 2.In depth RF/Microwave knowledge and experience with RF modeling tools such as Microwave Office, ADS, WIPL, HFSS, as well as general PC softwares like Microsoft Office, AutoCAD. 3.Working knowledge of equipment such as network, spectrum analyzers is desirable as well as knowledge of wireless technologies including mobile communications, wi-fi, broadband wireless, Wimax, etc/ 4.SPC knowledge such as process mapping, DOE’S, FMEA’S is necessary 5.English CET-4 or above, able to communicate with US engineers by emails or phone calls. 6.Good work habits and communication skills are required. Able to work independently as well as in team environment is necessary. 职位要求： 1.电子工程专业本科以上学历，2年以上射频器件设计经验。 2.精通射频/微波知识，熟悉Microwave Office，ADS，WIPL，HFSS 等射频建模工具，以及Microsoft Office, AutoCAD等通用软件。 3.会使用网络分析仪，频谱分析仪等设备，熟悉移动通讯，wi-fi, 无线宽带, Wimax 等无线通讯技术。 4.熟悉process mapping, DOE’S, FMEA’S等SPC知识最佳。 5.英语CET-4以上，能够与美国工程师进行Email或电话交流。 6.良好的工作习惯和沟通能力。既能独立工作，有适应团队协作。 .
