As the project cost accountant role for FLU BULK project, work and communicate with IO controlling and costing controlling at France to optimize cost control process and payment process to complying with company internal control policies. 2. To prepare necessary analysis reports relate to FLU BULK and work with IO controlling to monitor the execution of AED, work out the cash flow forecast for Flu bulk project and control the payments relate to FLU BULK project for construction, equipments and services ( down payment, progress payment etc). 3. Need work with purchasing team and cashier for any of L/C issue for equipment import and any of bond issue. 4. Be responsible general ledger, organize financial month-end closing, year-end closing; Check and verify accounting vouches before booking into system; Coordinate BJ controlling and SZ accounting on bookkeeping, financial closing, budget implementation and achieve the finance control target. 5. Prepare high quality local statutory finance reports and other reports to relevant users. Be sure that local booking and reporting strictly follow the PRC accounting and tax laws as well as regulations. 6. Assist finance manager to handle internal and external audit, as well as other issues, work together with our auditor to prepare the annual audit report, annual government test etc. 7. Support finance manager to manage the finance department while finance manager is absent. 8. Contribute to and coordinate overall standard cost calculation model and help IO controlling to maintain IO budget model and secure their coherence through: timely and accuracy report. 9. S uggest and implement adaptation and improvement of bookkeeping through: creating and improving the tools and processes. 10. Secure intelligence on accounting, monitoring new laws, regulations and their enforcement and evaluating the impact of these changes on bookkeeping. 11. Execute new implemented CAS (China accounting standard) effective from 1 st Jan 2008, and new EIT as well as new detailed implementation regulations. REQUIREMENTS 1. A bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting is required 2. Has cost control experience of new factory construction is preferred 3. Good spoken and written English is mandatory for the qualified candidate 4. Good interpersonal skills. Able to maintain good relationships with other functions 5. Responsible and conscientious as well as initiative. Able to work under stress 6. G ood team builder and player. Stable, loyal and reliable 7. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience including at least 1 year in a managerial position in Finance and Accounting in manufacturing environment. Has already taken responsibility for a small team and has some management skills and experience. 8. Has worked with foreign manufactory companies, familiar with standard cost system, pharmaceutical or biological cost experience is preferred. 9. H ands-on oriented. Excellent skills in Office, Financial software. Strong in PRC CAS and US GAAP, IFRS . 联系方式： .
