Supports quality improvement activities both with product group, manufacturing plant quality and dealer organizations Works in CPI teams. Supports PiQ / PDI activities and issue resolution. Supports dealer product problem management activities (troubleshooting, root cause identification, parts availability issues) ELIGIBILITY: Requires a technical background (college degree or similar) and a working knowledge of machine systems, testing and adjusting, troubleshooting and repair or 3-4 years of experience in technical product support related positions. Requires analytical skills and ability to relate dealer problem description to required course of action using service information and corporate system information. Requires ability to self study technology changes on new products. Positions requires high commend in English (oral/written). Fluency in major Asian language (Chinese / Japanese) is an asset.
