Utilizing proprietary technology, our analysts provide timely, authentic "voice of the consumer" data and actionable marketing intelligence and insight unmatched by traditional research and monitoring services. Simply put, we are marketing communications professionals with a passion for Internet Word of Mouth. Responsibility: Manage and supervise all financial accounting, controlling and reporting activities of the relevant business. Support the management team in the achievement of revenue and profitability target. Implement and maintain company’s budgeting, business planning and reporting policies and practices. Analyze financial results and provide the management with a clear understanding of the financial performance and the financial effects / implications of business plans and strategies. Proactively identify deviations and establish action plans to take corrective actions when required. Provide economic analysis on all matters of potential financial impact for the relevant business, particularly in costing, pricing, taxation, customer, and regional subsidiary evaluation and capital addition. Monitor company procurement policy and processes Provide Directors/senior management team with answers to ad hoc requests for financial analysis. Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance. Requirements: University degree majored in Finance or accounting Minimum of 5 years working experience in accounting / finance, among which at least 2 should be focused on finance management Strong analytical and communication skills Proactive attitude and accountability Team work and self-motivation Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
