Works in CPI teams as Greenbelt/SME. Supports creation of comprehensive field publications such as TIBs, ServMag and/or Service Letters. Works close with dealer TCs / Technical reps monitoring product quality, reliability, performance, safety and operator comfort levels. Initiates and conducts regular quality/CPI reviews with major dealers involving dealer TCs and district technical / PS reps. Works close with operations quality organizations improving assembly / manufacturing quality. Product quality metrics monitoring and initiating of improvement actions. ELIGIBILITY: Strong technical background (college degree or similar) and 5- 7 years of experience in technical / product support related positions. Good knowledge / experience with machine system, product development, product problem management, test programs, product user practices, product service requirements, dealer service capabilities, parts support processes in a product group environment. Analytical, organizational and communications skills. Effective working in a cross-functional, multi-cultural team environment. Credibility, persuasiveness and high level of interpersonal skills.
